Get in Touch

Taking the first step toward counselling can feel daunting. You don’t need to have the right words or a clear plan before reaching out.

Whether you’re ready to begin counselling or simply want to learn more, you’re welcome to get in touch. This can be a brief conversation to ask questions, understand how I work, and see whether it feels like the right fit.

At Collaborative Connections Counselling, I offer in-person sessions in Golden Square (Bendigo), as well as secure online appointments for those living further afield or preferring remote support.

Your first session is free and designed as a gentle introduction — no pressure, just a chance to connect and explore what you’re looking for.

You’re welcome to reach out by phone, text, or email.

There is also a form at the bottom of this page that you can compete. I will then use your preferred method of contact for us to arrange a time to meet up for the initial complimentary session.

When you’re ready, I’m here.
