Policies and Fees
You’ll find information about our fees and policies below, and we’ll also go through these documents together during your intake session. All policies align with the expectations of the Australian Counselling Association and are reviewed annually to ensure they reflect current best practice.

Fees and Cancellation Policy
Note about fees and missed appointments without suitable notification
The initial intake session incurs no fees.
$130, plus GST, for a standard 50-minute counselling session.
$195, plus GST, for a standard 90 minute EMIT (Eye Movement Integration Therapy) session.
Eye movement therapies tend to require more time, and the price associated with this reflects that.
Missed appointments will incur a fee, as will appointments cancelled with short notification. However, once payment has been made counselling can then resume. Please refer to the Fees and Cancellation Policy.
